1 Handful Arugula
1/2 Handful Flat Leaf Parsley
1/2 Cucumber Cubed
3 Grape Tomatoes Sliced
1/2 Avocado Sliced
1 Tsp Flax Seed
1/4 Lemon for Garnish
1/4 Lime or Salad Dressing of Choice
1. Place Kale, Arugula, Parsley on large plate and mix together.
2. Arrange Cucumber, Tomatoes, Avocado, Walnuts on top of Kale Mixture.
3. Sprinkle with Flax Seed and Sirtfood Spice Blend*.
