WHOLESOME CHICKEN SOUP

  • 2 (32 oz) Cartons Chicken Broth

  • 2 Cups Carrots, Chopped

  • 2 Medium Onions, Chopped

  • 2 Cups Celery, chopped

  • 2 Cups Kale, Chopped

  • 1 Cup Buckwheat Groats

  • 4 Tbsp Sirtfood Spice Blend* or Spices of Choice

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • 1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast, Chopped

  1. In a large pot, bring Chicken Broth to a boil over medium high heat..

  2. Add Carrots, Onions, Celery, Kale, Buckwheat Groats, Sirtfood Spice Blend* or Spices of Choice, Salt, and Pepper.

  3. Reduce heat to low, add Chicken.

  4. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
